Key Requirements
Quantity surveying / commercial degree or equivalent
Working towards a recognised Chartership
Knowledge of Highways and CESMM
Good understanding of construction techniques
Experience managing medium-sized projects with little supervision
Experience in the use of the full suite on Microsoft software
Good written and oral communication skills
Proven record in working with multiple teams and stakeholders
Knowledge in compiling the full suite of ITT documents
Some experience in project and technical leadership
