  • Hybrid work environment in Homebush NSW

Nice-to-have

  • Experience recruiting within aviation or defence sectors
  • Experience recruiting across APAC or international regions
  • Combined agency and in-house TA experience
  • Additional ATS platform proficiency beyond Workday
  • Ability to undertake national and international travel

Key Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship required for Defence Security Clearance
  • 5-6 years of mid-to-large organisation recruitment experience
  • Workday ATS proficiency preferred
