Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive engineering
At least 5 years focused on PLM strategy, digital transformation, or cross-functional PMTD capabilities
Experience in large-scale implementation or transformation projects
Proficiency in aircraft program development and engineering support activities
Knowledge of configuration management, change management, and DOA
Strong project management skills
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with SAFe
Deep understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
