Job Summary

  • This role sits within the People and Culture team and plays a key part in bringing ROLLER’s culture to life through workplace experience, onboarding, and community-building moments.
  • You will take full ownership of the London office environment, ensuring it is welcoming, energising, and set up for people to do their best work.
  • You will plan and execute cultural and community-building events, including mid-year and end-of-year celebrations and diversity and belonging initiatives.
