Base: $152,900.00 - $229,300.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus, potential for Long Term Incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor's STEM degree with 12 years experience OR Master's with 10 years OR PhD with 8 years
5+ years solid rocket motor/ordnance design, analysis, manufacturing, project or systems engineering
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
5% - 10% travel required
Work Rights
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
