Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or STEM
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
  • Experience with metallurgical engineering
  • Ability to read technical drawings and 3D models
  • Knowledge of AWS and ASME welding specifications

Nice-to-have

  • Degree in Corrosion Engineering or Metallurgy
  • Experience leading development engineering teams
  • Familiarity with Agile environment and JIRA
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Service Life Testing and failure analysis
