Job Summary
Serve as the key strategic business partner to the SVP, Dematic EMEA and a critical member of the Dematic HR Leadership Team.
Lead a team of five direct-report HR Business Partners and a broader HR organization of ~30 professionals supporting ~3,600 employees across EMEA.
Success is measured through succession readiness, high-potential retention, employee engagement, internal mobility, diversity in leadership, organizational simplification, and reduction of voluntary turnover.
