Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will contribute to delivering analytical solutions that enable and accelerate process and product development to ensure safety and quality of our products.
  • Responsibilities include performing and supporting bioinformatic analysis of biomanufacturing processes across diverse pipeline programs and managing stakeholder relationships across IT, Analytical, Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality and Regulatory partners.
  • The salary range for this role is $119,100.00 - $187,500.00 and the successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, with a comprehensive package of benefits.

  • NGS methods and technologies

Nice-to-have

  • bulk and single-cell RNA-seq analysis
  • metabolic modeling in CHO cells
  • sequencing-based diagnostics in GxP/GMP
  • relevant bench methods

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biology, bioinformatics or related; or M.S. with 4+ years experience; or B.S. with 7+ years experience
  • Experience with CHO genome assembly, transcriptomics and comparative genomics
  • Strong programming experience (e.g. R, Python, Nextflow)
  • Unix/Linux OS experience and Bash scripting
  • Experience in high performance computing and cloud environments
  • Experience working with version control tools such as git
  • Strong background with computational methods in NGS
