Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, as well as assisting in the implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
The role requires ensuring that a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for each shift to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents.

Key Requirements
