Job Summary
Support and drive the ongoing development of lifecycle and eCRM marketing activities in Germany and Austria, with a strong focus on execution, targeting quality, and continuous optimisation of client communications.
Independently set up, manage, and optimise segmented and automated email campaigns via established CRM platforms (e.g. Braze), and support EU-wide marketing campaigns with local adaptations.
Ensure compliance approval for all regional content, create and maintain regular campaign performance reports, and contribute to EU-wide marketing initiatives with a German market focus.
