Diffusely is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its AI-driven automotive imaging platform, CarCutter, to manage strategic accounts in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-facing background in B2B SaaS, preferably within the automotive industry, and will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth

Job Summary

  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our Nordic accounts by building strong relationships, ensuring product adoption, and demonstrating clear business impact.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a smooth implementation of the CarCutter platform, train customers on key platform features, and ensure a fast time-to-value and strong product adoption.
  • Manage renewals and contract negotiations, identify upsell and expansion opportunities within dealership groups, and demonstrate ROI and business impact using data and usage insights.
