Job Summary
Contribute to SFE piloting, daily Salesforce CRM administration, performance reporting, and Power BI deployment under the supervision of the AD COMOPS Manager.
Develop innovative Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies to improve sales effectiveness, propose and create evolving dashboards, and follow up on sales reporting for the sales force.
Support the deployment of the salesforce.com CRM system and BI Power BI, including CRM administration, user management, object/field creation, and user support.
