  • Oversee due diligence portfolio clients nationally, managing all aspects of site due diligence site planning and entitlement approvals.

Key Requirements

  • 7 - 15 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Rhino and/or Revit
  • Knowledge of entitlements, procedures, risks and timelines
  • Availability to travel nationwide
