Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • CPA, CA, CMA, CIA and/or CISA
  • At least two (2) years of SOX compliance experience
  • Big 4 integrated-audit experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
