Job Summary

  • As a Metro Mobility Demand Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company in every interaction with our clients.
  • Daily job duties include: answering customer phone calls, booking ride requests for customers, canceling rides requests, providing ride ETA data, making outgoing calls to customers informing customers of their next day’s ride times and explaining the policies regarding Metro Mobility system and service.
  • Transit Team is the largest paratransit provider in the state of Minnesota, providing safe, reliable and exceptional service to the elderly and people with disabilities.

Salary

Base: $18.25/hour or $18.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Paid Training, Paid Holidays, 2 Weeks of PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401K with up to a 4% company match, Employee Assistance Programs
