The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
This role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information and cooperating with nursing and facility personnel to meet residents' needs.
