Job Summary
You will work alongside leading experts who use proven methodologies and extensive experience to successfully deliver some of Australia’s most significant and complex transformation programs.
As a key member of our Engagement and Change Advisory team, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of government and private infrastructure organisations, delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future.
You’ll design and implement change at scale, shaping organisational structure, capability, culture, behaviours and leadership capacity that enable our clients to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
