The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the facility's Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Employees must participate in developing quality assurance programs and assist in planning resident discharge plans.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
