Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Employees must identify residents before providing care, record observations accurately, and maintain strict confidentiality of all protected health information.
• The role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, frequent standing and bending, and the capacity to assist in emergency evacuations.
