  • The role provides comprehensive oversight of the Greek Community (20+ chapters), emphasizing values-based leadership, academic excellence, inclusive community building, and lifelong connection.
  • The Associate Director serves on the Student Engagement Leadership Team and provides strategic oversight for involvement initiatives that align with institutional priorities, Universities of Wisconsin policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Leadership, Counseling, Education, or related field
  • 4 years of progressive student affairs experience

  • Experience working with inter/national fraternity, sorority, and society organizations
