• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 years or more experience
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Be at least 21 years’ old
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
