Carry out quality field service repairs at the customer’s premises and handle and resolve customer complaints in the field within company guidelines.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of necessary tasks – triaging jobs, ordering & receipting parts, closing jobs appropriately, rescheduling tasks etc.
