Job Summary
This role involves collaborating cross-functionally on technical development and ensuring product integrity from design sign-off through production readiness for premium knitwear.
The successful candidate will lead the regional vendor empowerment program, training factories to manage fit approvals independently and uphold PVH's premium standards.
As the primary technical contact for APAC, you will troubleshoot fittings, seaming, and finishing discrepancies while coaching teams to achieve Right-First-Time delivery.

8-10 years garment manufacturing experience
Sweater and knitwear construction expertise
Vendor empowerment and training leadership
Technical fit approval and sample assessment
Global cross-functional collaboration skills

Knowledge of PLM and 3D programs
Experience in private label environments
Ability to work under pressure
Local language fluency preferred
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management or related discipline
8-10 years of experience specifically in Sweater manufacturing
Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
