The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and mentoring junior staff, while contributing to an agile and inclusive workplace culture. **

Job Summary

  • The role provides advanced support across global contracting and governance workstreams, acts as subject matter expert (SME) in designated domains, and mentors’ junior talent to uplift quality, speed, and consistency from Haleon’s Legal Shared Services Centre in Bengaluru.
  • The Counsel manages complex and nonstandard matters independently, driving riskbased advice, standardization, and continuous improvement in partnership with cross functional teams.
  • Champion CLM/workflow/document automation usage and adoption; surface automation candidates and metrics; help design SOPs for scale.
