Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Maintenance of 480-volt 3 phase systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs
  • Mechanical repair and overhaul
  • Use of SAP for maintenance documentation
  • Adhere to plant safety and sanitation
  • Work rotating shifts including nights
  • Knowledge of process controls and instrumentation

Nice-to-have

  • Precision machining and welding skills
  • Knowledge of major brewing equipment
  • Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley drives
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Continuous improvement and project leadership
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or 2-year technical degree
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of safety policies (lock out/tag out, confined space)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
