  • As the Team Leader, you are the "grout" that holds the shift together, coordinating the warehouse floor to ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are hit well before morning transport arrives.
  • This is a pivotal role within our most specialised warehouse, offering a fixed four-night week for a consistent work-life balance and three full days off.
