Job Summary
Responsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement.
This position will include data collection, analysis, and curriculum module development to create and implement an embedded food systems ethics curriculum to existing nutrition coursework.
Student responsibilities will include reviewing current curricula in other disciplines and institutions, studying and recommending new modules for specific existing courses, developing outlines for new course modules for these identified courses, and working with a faculty committee from Ohio State and Central State to co-draft these new course modules.
