  • The Assistant Chief Engineer supervises, leads, and supports the operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
  • This role requires demonstrating technical expertise in multiple craft areas (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and being multi-skilled in all others to successfully repair, maintain, restore, and replace various building operational components independently and as a teacher supplying team support.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience
  • Valid Stationary Engineers License in the City of Chicago
