  • Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including presenting the final cost plan/estimate, and participate in Value engineering, LEED analysis, and Life Cycle costing.

Key Requirements

  • 2-7 years' experience
  • 5 years' experience delivering pre-construction and post contract construction cost services
  • Recognized University Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations
  • Reliability clearance with Government of Canada is an asset
  • Knowledge of and experience using CostX is an asset
