Salary
Base: $169,000 - $186,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Performance based Short-Term Incentives available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Strong background in lattice-based cryptography
Hands-on experience with FHE libraries
Proficiency in C++, Python, CUDA, or Rust
Ability to optimize performance-critical systems
Nice-to-have
Experience with GPU acceleration for crypto workloads
Knowledge of NIST PQC standards like Kyber and Dilithium
Publications in cryptography or privacy-enhancing technologies
Experience with encrypted machine learning systems
Familiarity with CKKS, TFHE, BFV, or BGV schemes
Key Requirements
PhD required with 0-2 years industry experience
Must have strong mathematical foundations in modern cryptography
Requires hands-on software development skills in C++ or Python
