Job Summary
Lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise-grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on modern front-end technology stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js.
Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front-end developers, providing technical coaching on modern JavaScript frameworks, Power Platform best practices, and blended low-code / pro-code solutions.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them understand when Power Platform is the right fit and how to blend it with custom front-end solutions where appropriate.
