Job Summary

  • Serve as a key legal advisor to Executive Leadership and business partners across the organization, providing practical, solution-oriented legal guidance in a highly regulated property & casualty insurance environment.
  • Interpret and advise on applicable state and federal laws governing property & casualty insurance, including rate and form filings, underwriting, claims, producer licensing, advertising and consumer protection matters.
  • Partner with Business Leadership to develop, review and enhance internal policies, procedures and controls to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
