Job Summary

• The HR Manager Stock Yards will plan, manage and implement human resources strategies, programs and processes within assigned functional areas to ensure attainment of business goals and objectives.
• This position will located in Lexington NC and be responsible for supporting multiple locations including Buffalo NY, Greensburg PA, and Orlando FL.

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, life insurance

• 8-10 years of HR generalist experience
• Knowledge of HRIS System
• Management skills in coaching and performance management
• Proficient within Microsoft applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
