Draft, review, and negotiate client and partner contracts including license, SaaS, and service agreements for French and international subsidiaries.
Develop policies, processes, and guidelines to support Visiativ's compliance and transformation, and implement training programs on contract guidelines and compliance programs.
Provide support to operational teams, conduct legal watch, manage litigation, and ensure compliance with GDPR/RGPD.
