Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification upon hire or within first year
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within first year
Two years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants
