Job Summary

  • As the Finance leader for 10 Dairy plants, you are a trusted partner to the VP of Manufacturing and his/her leadership team.
  • Nurture a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability of an experienced team of 4 direct finance professionals and their direct reports (total org approximately 25 employees).
  • This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Headquarters (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office each week).

Key Requirements
