Base: $119,600.00-$197,350.40; Bonus/Equity: Leadership incentives for select roles; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with 5% match, PTO, tuition assistance

Strong executive communication skills
Functional understanding of SOC and IAM domains
Ability to balance security with provider efficiency
Key Requirements
PMP/PgMP certification required
CISM or CISSP preferred
Extensive experience leading multi-year cybersecurity programs
Proven track record delivering transformation initiatives
