Job Summary

  • The Supply Chain Excellence Lead heads the Global Supply Chain Strategy Office as a multi discipline department and is accountable for the strategic direction, governance, and execution of transformation and operational excellence across CSL’s end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • The role directly manages a department spanning PMO/Change Management, Continuous Improvement (LEAN), Strategy Governance, and Analytics, and indirectly influences multiple global Supply Chain sub functions, regions, and sites.
  • As a member of the SVP’s Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role partners closely with and collaborates extensively across CSL, including Finance Business Partners, Digital/IT, Quality, regional/site leaders, and the Global Operations Leadership Team.
