Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years manufacturing quality leadership
  • Hands-on expertise with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, DMAIC)
  • Strong communication skills
  • ASQ CQE/CQA or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience with ISO 9001 audits
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
