This role supports store teams through training and engagement while minimizing disruption to operations and partners closely with regional leadership and third-party teams to drive progress and maintain operational continuity.
The position requires approximately 75% travel to assigned stores and markets and embodies a customer-centric approach with accountability for achieving measurable store performance outcomes throughout transformation efforts.
