Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, business or related disciplines
2-3 years’ experience in event management, incentive programs, or hospitality‑related industries
Strong project management, coordination, and execution skills
Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Willingness to travel and support on‑site event operations as required
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
