The Senior Solutions Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of system enhancements, new products, and projects in Life Operations, focusing on Claims.
Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end business process analysis, developing user requirements, facilitating change prioritization, and overseeing user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements
1-2 years working experience in life insurance claims operations
3-5 years working experience as a business analyst
Diploma or Degree Holder in Business IT, Computer Science or related discipline
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or Prince 2 preferred
Integral Life (Life 400/Asia AS400) background preferred
Knowledge on Healthshield, minor and major claims preferred
