Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 8+ years manufacturing engineering and shop operations experience
  • Proven experience maturing technologies through MRL and TRL stages
  • Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies and IT/OT integration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Expertise in grind processes and 5-axis machining
  • Familiarity with Solumina, SAP MES, and Smartsheet tools
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning innovative technologies to production
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MRL and TRL frameworks application

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience acceptable alternative
