Job Summary
Work alongside Originators across all aspects of the syndicated loan origination and execution process, including initial structuring, pitch preparation, market analysis, due diligence, credit approval support, documentation review, and deal closing activities.
Take the lead on the production of high-quality tailor-made client presentations and pitch-books; Produce market research on pricing, deal structures, comparable, and investor activity as required.
Build relationships throughout MUFG, including with the broader Capital Markets’ team, to establish a peer network, gather relevant information, and help to ensure effective inter-departmental collaboration.
