  • In this position, you will lead multi-functional teams that executes all phases of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process for Large Mining Trucks.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and finding improvement opportunities that exist across each of the different processes and executing strategies to address them.

Key Requirements

  • Degree from an Accredited College or University or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading large, complex, multi-functional programs
  • Skilled in Caterpillar’s NPI process
  • Experience with Six Sigma and CPI methodologies
  • Experience with structured, data-driven problem solving
