Job Summary

  • Under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef, this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all Suites culinary operations including the oversight of all Suites production, Suites operation, and sanitation aspects of culinary and stewarding operations throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all products used in the preparation of menu items meet our high standards and create innovative menu offerings in response to guest and client feedback.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience
  • Food Protection Manager Certification
  • Ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs
