10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
GMP environment operations management
5+ years leadership in manufacturing unit
Quality and compliance drive experience

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical or life science industry
Minimum 5 years in operations management execution
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology or related field
Fluent in English and proficient in Polish language
