Job Summary
The primary purpose of the role is to lead projects to design and develop new thermal fluid products and test methods for BESS and other battery related applications.
The role holder will successfully report and deliver the specifications for products that have new or improved performance features and/or improved cost of goods benefits compared to previous Castrol or competitors’ products.
