Key Requirements
2+ years of sales leadership experience
Leading a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Experience leading Account Executives
Proven success in creating and leading successful teams
Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Experience in Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
