Job Summary

  • Provide high-level day-to-day Business Partnering HR support, coaching, and guidance to leaders and employees across the site.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees by coordinating pre-employment requirements, induction processes, and ensuring new starters are integrated smoothly into their roles and teams.
  • Assist with the coordination and documentation of disciplinary processes, employee investigations, and performance management conversations, ensuring procedural fairness and compliance with workplace legislation to a high standard.
